Refund Policy

Registration fees are submitted directly to our national Exploring office, therefore fees are non-refundable after a program start date. Prior to the start date, refund requests must be made in writing and are given at the discretion of the Exploring committee.

Meeting Cancellation Policy

Exploring meetings are cancelled when the school district cancels or lets out early due to inclement weather. If you are unsure of a meeting cancellation, please contact the Exploring program Advisor directly. Rescheduling meetings will be up to the Exploring Program Advisor’s discretion.

Attendance

Meeting attendance is not required, however it is highly encouraged to attend each meeting or let the program Advisor know of your absence.
